(Our response to Covid-19)
We shall keep dedicating to delivery our on-site after-sales services for our worldwide customers.
In this critical global health crisis, the safety of our employees and customers is paramount. We are glad that all of our employee has already be vaccinated in China, it provides more possibilities and options for serving our customers. We know that finding solutions for customers to continue their business operations is playing critical role, against the backdrop of the global Covid-19 outbreak, we with responsible, to protect our employees from the pandemic and take care of our customers' projects, are an integral part of the our continuous risk planning. In order to continuously serving our customers for the period of on-site performance for the project in overseas, we start to adopt some measures to mitigate potential impacts by COVID-19:
- Provide training to each of our overseas after-sales installation employees, instruct them on how to protect themselves from the COVID-19 as much as possible, and how to calmly face and deal with overseas emergencies.
- Provide each of our overseas after-sales installation employees with international travel health insurance, which covers the treatment costs caused by the new crown virus and other health protections;
- Provide each of our overseas after-sales installation employees with necessary virus protection equipment, including no-wash disinfectant, disinfectant laundry detergent, disinfectant hand sanitizer, masks, protective goggles, protective masks, and disposable protective clothing, etc.
- Provided each of our overseas after-sales installation employees with sufficient Chinese food necessities to ensure that they have to face the troubles caused by the in-adaptability of foreign food during the possible quarantine period, to improve their quality of life.
we follow a holistic management process that enables our business units to ensure the best possible operations for our customers even in an emergency.
(According to China Government Quarantine Policy, no matter each traveller (both Chinese and foreigners) have COVID-19 or not, as long as you travel from overseas and back for entering into China, each passenger need to be forced to have 14days+7days (total 21days) as the quarantine period to prevent from the potential risk of COVID-19 spreading to China Domestic, and all expenses during the quarantine period must be in charged by each passenger himself, including hotel room, food, water, all necessary living stuffs, and each passenger are required to be have double PCR tests and Anti-body test before flying back to China, if test result negative, the passenger shall be not allowed to abroad the plane until the double PCT test are negative result, after landing China, each passenger required to have another PCR test as soon as they landing in China airport, and during the 14days+7days quarantine period, once PCR test in each 3day will be performance until the whole quarantine in china is officially finished.)
