Wicket with Rollers for Wicket Oven

For curing the coatings or decoration on tinplate or TFS sheets, the oven traditionally uses wickets to support them using a guidance system during their passage through the curing process.

We offer wickets suitable for the commonly used tin sheet drying ovens. Wickets are produced on automatic production machines. We use special steel wire grades and we can supply the wickets in all sizes and shapes. The surface of the wires can be either blank-untreated or chrome-plated. We also manufacture wickets made of stainless steel.

The special conveying chains for tin sheet ovens are supplied in the standard version with pitch 1 inch, in the right side as well as the left side versions. The chains come equipped with rollers with carbon-graphite bearings. Naturally, the rollers can also be supplied individually.
