High pressure vortex air pump

1. The vortex air pump should be placed in a relatively stable place, and the surrounding environment should be clean, dry and ventilated.

2. The rotation direction of the impeller of the vortex air pump must be the same as the direction of the arrow marked on the fan cover.

3. When the high-pressure vortex fan is working, the working pressure should not be too large, so as not to cause the fan to generate excessive heat and the motor overcurrent to cause damage to the air pump.

4. Except for the two bearings of the motor rotor, other parts of the vortex fan have no direct contact friction. The bearing at the air pump end of the fan is installed in the pump body between the motor base and the impeller. This type of air pump does not need to be lubricated normally.

5. The filter screen and muffler device at the inlet and outlet ends of the vortex air pump should be cleaned in time according to the situation, so as not to block and affect the use.

6. Replacement of Vortex Air Pump Bearings: Replacement of bearings must be performed by someone who is familiar with repair work. First loosen the screws on the pump cover, and then disassemble the parts one by one in the order shown in the figure. The disassembled parts should be cleaned and then assembled in reverse order. When disassembling, do not pry the impeller hard, use a special puller to pull it out, and do not miss the adjusting gasket, so as not to affect the clearance that has been adjusted at the factory.

7. It is strictly forbidden for solids, liquids and corrosive gases to enter the pump body of the high-pressure vortex air pump.
