Item Description: 780-40 is a sealing compounds for double-seaming virous of chemical cans or aerosol spray cans, and it have great performance with capability of withstanding rich-oil contents or strong corrosive contents loading requirements

Storage:

10-30℃environment temperature warehouse; avoid direct sunlight; keep away from heat.

Preparation:

Stir well before use. Avoid liquid level vortex formed by intense agitation to prevent air from being introduced. If the viscosity is found to be high before use, it can be diluted with a small amount of ammonia or distilled water.

Drying:

The can lid/aerosols cone or dome needs to be thoroughly dried before sealing, drying 80℃@ 10minutes or 90℃@ 5minutes. The can lid needs to be stored for 24-48 hours after the compounds is dried, so that the sealing compounds ring can reach the maximum tensile strength and the best performance state before double-seaming.
