This Film Wrapping Machine applies to 15-25L steel pails with a wrapping capacity of 60cans/min for pail mouth automatically sealing, pail body automatically wrapping and automatically film cutting.

Feature:

- The steel pail opening is automatically sealed, the pail body is automatically wrapped and the film is automatically cut which replaced the manually operation for tying rope and bagging working procedure;

- High efficiency. The maximum wrapping speed is 5 stacks/min, the wrapping height is 1.1-2.7meter which is adjustable to meet the production line requirement of 60 cans per minute.

- Before wrapping pail body, the pail will be aligned in upper and lower direction. There is stacking height upper and lower limit setting. Stacking height could be adjusted easily by operating one button;

- The speed could be adjusted by VFD (Vary Frequency Device), Serve control system is adopted to achieve precise control;

- English language interface of HMI device. Parameters are modularized to be storage. Failure self-diagnosed function provided. Support Ethernet and remote control;
