Coating Process:
To improve corrosion resistance and machinability of tin plates,coating,commonly known yellow,white or transparent coating,is a must. The coating process is normally made up of the following steps,including plate conveying,coating,baking and curing,cooling and stacking. Major equipment includes a coater and a drying oven. The coater applies the wet paint to steel plates which then are sent to the drying oven to be heated in accordance with the pre-set curing curve. The paint,after curing in the drying room,forms a coating (or known as a paint film). The working process of the tinplate coater is as follows:
