Press with Sheet feeder line (CNC production line) is for the purpose of cap-making and body-forming. It is comprised of CNC Feeding System, Auto Punch, Auto Feeder, Stock table, Belt Conveyer. (options: Curler, Second Former, Edge-cutter, Scrap Collector etc.)
The process:
1.Put tailored plate on the movable table of the Feeder and fix. Then start the lifting system to lift the plate to the place where Vacuum sucker can reach.
2.Vacuum sucker: griping the plate and brings it to the Stock table.
3.Numerical control platform ( The program of which has already been preset and tested) starts up and grip the plate to run in preset route, the pressing machine is moving coordinately with numerical control platform which to make the work piece forming, and then the belt conveyer brings the work piece to the following processes. After one piece of plate is finished, the gripper would loosen automatically, the scrap slides onto the ground or is collected by Scrap Collector.
