6-out Tooling EOE Conversion Line
1. Designing for Steel FAE 6-out Hexad;
2. Thickness of Tabstock is 0.254mm, come with high utilization rate, final tab thickness is 1.55mm;
3. De-stacker design is difficult because of space of de-stacking relatively limited, meanwhile, thickness of shell is 0.18mm must be ensure enough precision of conversion tooling sys.
4. Tabstock feeding layout design is extremely Challenging, because of 6-out tabstock needs to maintain a large span, and high speed forming and maintain enough physical strength to meet customer's needs.
5. Designing 2sets of 3-out tooling die plates can realize quick change-over for FAE 200 to 211;
6. Using Minster PM3-200 Conversion press, running speed 400strokes per minute;
7. 3sets of double lane design post-repair sys, each lane speed up to 500epm, power supply can be drived by electricity or natural gas （depending on customer's needs）
8. Unique structure design for Tab nose, can flexibly adjust the relative position synchronously accordingly to the position of the tangent, effectively ensuring the successful opening of the easy-open end.
9. The larger rivet design (Diameter 7mm) is more coordinated and beautiful and high-end with the overall appearance of the pull tab and the whole easy-open end.
10. Technical challenge：
in the Minster conversion press, the working table (1.5 x 1.0meter) is very limited to put Hexad conversion tooling sys inside of it, we design the system under considering the balanced force distribution of the punch, also the de-stacker and tabstock feeding layout is very challenging;
