Sealing Compound for food can and beverage can making

Sealing Compound are designed for existing canmaking equipments, they can be introduced to canmakers' lines that use standard equipment without major modifications.

 

Our products are formulated according to the latest European and/or American regulatory requirement, including national legislations such as the one applicable in France regarding the ban of PBA containing coatings in contact with food, as well as California Proposition 65.

Item Description: 680-40 is a sealing compound for beverage can, dry food can and edible oil can, it is a credible water-base sealing compounds, make sure the achieve ideal sealing effect on double-seaming in metal can making industry.

Storage: 10-30environment temperature warehouse; avoid direct sunlight; keep away from heat.

 

Preparation:

Stir well before use. Avoid liquid level vortex formed by intense agitation to prevent air from being introduced. If the viscosity is found to be high before use, it can be diluted with a small amount of ammonia or distilled water.

 

Drying:

The can lid needs to be thoroughly dried before sealing, drying 80@ 10minutes or 90@ 5minutes. The can lid needs to be stored for 24-48hours after the compounds is dried, so that the sealing compounds ring can reach the maximum tensile strength and the best performance state before double-seaming.

 

Note: Avoid contact copper, brass, zinc or aluminum products. Be sure to conduct a comprehensive, complete packaging test before filling in new contents.
