working principle

1.Put the customized tinplate sheets into the CNC table of feeder and make it positioned. Start the lifter to send the sheets to the place on which the sheet can be sucked by the vacuum sucker.

2.Sheets will be sucked and sent to the CNC table by vacuum sucker.

3.Start the CNC table, sheets will be clamped and running as the pre-set route. With the movements of pressure machine and CNC table, the sheets will be punched in shape, and blew to the conveyor one by one to finish the downstream processes.

4.The clamp shall release automatically after punching each piece of sheet and the scrap will be collected by the scrap-collector.
