Wickets Washing Machine for Wickets Oven
The machine is a special washing equipment with special wickets and conveying chain, used in automatic production line for drying printed metal sheets and coated metal sheets. In the producing process special wickets and conveying chain in drying chamber are apt to be contaminated. Therefore, regularly washing to maintaining drying equipment is required for ensuring quality of metal printing and coating, the important sections.
Washing can be performed during operation and without disassembling the equipment, thus saving a great deal of labor and material. It takes only 5 hours to make a washing operation, so time spent on washing operation specially wickets can be greatly decreased, and thereby higher efficiency of equipment, increasing production and prolonged service life and resulted. Since the machine is mobile type, when fitting the automatic production line with appropriate nozzles, it can serves for multiple automatic production lines. The machine has the features of reasonable structure, convenient operation and maintenance, safety and reliability. Besides it provides automatic temperature control of washing liquor, automatic alarm of high or low level of liquor, automatic alarm of high or low level of liquor. Washing liquor can be used repeatedly.
